This User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and all policies published on the Adani platform are designed to protect and preserve the rights of both the Adani website and the user who accesses the site, whether registered or unregistered, or the consumer benefiting from the content, whether registered or unregistered.

The terms, conditions, provisions, and legal disputes are subject to the laws, regulations, and rules in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 1: Definition

Ad Platform: This is an online platform that allows users to create accounts to publish their own content in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. Its headquarters are in Riyadh, and it is referred to in this agreement as "Ad Site." (The owner of Ad Platform) or we, or us, or the Site, or the Platform, or the first party.

The user: is the account creator on the I3lani platform for the purpose of communication, browsing, publishing content, or creating an online store as a service provider to practice e-commerce on the I3lani platform, and is referred to in this agreement as the member, practitioner, service provider, or second party.

An online store is an electronic account that allows a user to display, sell, offer, advertise, or exchange data about a product or service.

Article Two: Terms of Use

As the second party to this agreement and as a beneficiary of the (My Ad) platform services, you must adhere to the following:

Do not advertise or upload content or items that are inappropriate for the categories available on the platform and permitted for sale, and review the advertising terms and prohibited goods before advertising.

Do not hack or circumvent the platform’s rules, policies, and regulations or any third-party rights.

Do not copy the advertisement from the (My Ad) platform and republish it on other websites.

Do not use any illegal means to access advertisements or other users’ data, violate the policy and rights of the (My Ad) website, access the platform’s content, collect and gather information and data pertaining to the (My Ad) platform or its clients, use it in any way, or republish it.

Do not use our services if you are not legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

Do not manipulate the prices of goods, whether in buying or selling, and do not harm other consumers.

The advertisement must not include any offer, statement, or claim that is false or phrased in terms that would directly or indirectly deceive or mislead the consumer, or constitute defamation or slander.

Do not engage in politics, international sovereignty, prominent figures, or any illegitimate discussions on the (advertising) site.

Do not transfer your account or activity to other sites while it is displaying the logo or services of an (advertising) site.

Not violating the intellectual property rights of the (A3lani) website, including copyright, trademarks, patents, publicity, databases or other intellectual property rights belonging to the website or licensed to the (A3lani) website.

The advertisement must not include a logo or trademark that you do not have the right to use, or a counterfeit trademark, or anything that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or patents.

Failure to advertise tobacco and cigarette products (these goods will subject you to a fine by the competent authorities).

Not violating human rights systems and human trafficking in any form, and adhering to the regulations for advertising the provision of labor services.

Compliance with the real estate advertising regulations set by the General Authority for Real Estate.

A license must be obtained from the Ministry of Tourism to offer any tourist services or products.

The regulations and licenses issued by the National Center for Wildlife Protection must be adhered to.

Not to collect or use the personal data of site users or their electronic communications for unauthorized or impermissible purposes, or to disclose it to another party, for consideration or without consideration, except with the consent of the person to whom the personal data relates or if required by regulations.

A license must be obtained from the Saudi Council of Engineers for offers subject to the Council’s regulations.

Do not do anything that could harm the reputation of the (A3lani) website in any way, whether on the platform itself or on other social media platforms. The (A3lani) website reserves the right to take action against you for all damages resulting from this.

Do not impersonate the (advertising) website, its representative, employee, or any other entity that suggests you are affiliated with the (advertising) website unless you have official permission from the (advertising) website.

Use of this service by any non-human user is prohibited, with the exception of non-human users belonging to the following companies only:

Your failure to comply with these terms gives the (A3lani) website the right to block your membership, refer your violation to the authorities responsible for imposing penalties when necessary, prevent you from accessing the platform, and add your phone number to the list of suspended accounts and numbers without any liability and without the need to notify you of this, and you have no right to object. Here you pledge not to return to using the platform except after the platform approves this.

Article Three: Responsibility

The (My Ad) website provides a service that enables the user to display their goods and publish content according to the agreed-upon usage policy. It does not provide any guarantees and does not bear any responsibility in the event that the user or consumer does not comply with it.

The (My Ad) platform disclaims any responsibility for any risks, damages, consequences, or losses incurred by the seller, buyer, or any other party.

By using the (A3lany) website, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules when using the platform. You are also responsible for managing all purchases and deliveries if the account is an online store, and for resolving all problems and disputes arising from the advertisement's content. Furthermore, you agree to abide by the content guidelines and terms outlined by the (A3lany) website and bear sole responsibility for any consequences or damages arising from the content. The (A3lany) website is not liable for any claims arising from, related to, or stemming from your transactions.

By using the (advertising) website, you authorize the website to store the personal and non-personal data and information that you have entered on the website’s servers, and we have the right to view and review it.

By using the (A3lani) website, you acknowledge the website’s right to monitor private messages when necessary to ensure they do not violate the terms of use agreement. The (A3lani) website has the right to delete the advertisement and dispose of the attached images when necessary.

The circulars, decisions, and directives of the site's management and supervisors are binding on the second party after they are delivered to him via site messages, mobile phone, email, or the notification system, and he must comply with them and act accordingly.

By using the (A3lani) website, you acknowledge that the (A3lani) website has the right to claim all damages and losses from you and to charge you legal fees in all matters and cases related to your violation, and you are obligated to compensate for them.

The user agrees that the reviews, whether positive or negative, are publicly available and that they express customer opinions. The (advertising) website is not responsible for their content, nor is it obligated to delete or modify any comment or review at the request of users. The user is solely responsible for what he publishes in terms of reviews or comments, and is obligated to make the deletion or modification when necessary, without any obligation on the platform.

Article Four: Membership Requirements

Membership is: the username that a person registered with on the (advertising) website, which is linked to their mobile number, and must be subject to the following conditions:

A suitable and appropriate name must be chosen during the registration process.

Creating more than one account for the same user on the platform is prohibited.

Using more than one membership on the platform is prohibited for any person or entity.

You must update your mobile number associated with your membership if your mobile number changes or is lost.

If your membership name contains a trade name or trademark, you must be the owner of the trademark or authorized to use the name or trademark.

It is prohibited to sell or transfer membership to another party or allow any other party to use it. The original membership holder is responsible for any violations or legal liabilities. Both parties in the event of sale or transfer are considered to be in violation of the usage policy of the (A3lani) website.

The member agrees not to share his membership information with anyone.

“My Ad Site” is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect and preserve data, noting that the Internet is not a 100% secure medium.

The service exchanges some information with your device in order to provide the service to you.

The platform uses statistical software such as Google Analytics in order to develop and improve the service.

By using the (A3lani) website, you acknowledge the website’s right to suspend your number or account and include it in the list of suspended accounts in the event that a report or complaint is filed against you or if you commit a violation that the website administration deems worthy of suspension. You undertake not to publish these facts and events through electronic platforms, social media sites, etc. The website administration has the right, if this is proven, to go to the competent authority to impose penalties and fines and obligate you to compensate for all damages and losses resulting from this.

Article Five: Conditions for Adding Content to the Platform

It pledges not to advertise any prohibited goods on the platform.

You pledge not to add any prohibited replies to the platform.

You pledge not to send any prohibited messages on the platform.

It undertakes to set the selling price of the advertised item.

You undertake to follow up on your advertisement and respond to customer inquiries through replies or through private messages.

It undertakes to comply with the policy on duplicate advertisements.

The advertised material must be a product or service only.

The advertisement must be fully detailed and in the correct section.

The platform has the right to delete any content or advertisement without stating the reason for the deletion.

Copying any advertisement from the platform is prohibited.

The necessary licenses must be obtained for advertising. If you provide a service, sell a product, or practice a profession that is subject to a specific regulation and requires a license or permit to practice it, you must disclose the entity with which you are registered, the details of the license or permit, the applicable professional title, and the country that granted the license or permit.

The advertiser is obligated to ensure that the images added to the advertisement are of the same advertised item.

Content images must be morally appropriate, of high quality, and must not violate the regulations of the Ministry of Labor, human rights, or any governmental or private entity.

You must refrain from advertising goods and services that fall under the list of prohibited goods and services. You must also adhere to the list of prohibited replies and messages.

You agree not to advertise to someone you do not know or to register for someone you do not know.

Updating and modifying the advertisement is subject to all the terms and conditions in this agreement, and the user is responsible for any violations that occurred during the creation of the advertisement or after the update or modification.

Creating, updating, and modifying is the sole responsibility of the user.

The advertiser is obligated to update the advertisement, and if it is not updated, the advertisement will be deleted automatically.

Article Six: Regulations for advertising the provision of labor services:

To advertise the provision of labor services, you must be a recruitment office that has obtained a license to practice this activity.

The advertisement must not include vocabulary or phrases that would offend the dignity of expatriate workers, domestic workers, and those in similar circumstances, including but not limited to the use of phrases such as (for sale, for purchase, for transfer) and should be replaced with phrases such as (transfer of services).

The advertisement must not include the words "servant" or "maid," and should be replaced with "worker."

The advertisement must not, under any circumstances, include charging the worker any financial costs for transferring the service.

The advertisement must not include the publication of personal photos, identity card, residence permit, passport or any other personal data of expatriate workers, domestic workers and those in similar categories.

The advertisement must not, under any circumstances, include any indication that the service provider, the advertiser, or anyone in a similar position has received any financial compensation for the transfer of services.

The worker's consent must be obtained before transferring his services.

Article Seven: Prohibited Goods

Advertisers who advertise the listed items (prohibited items) on the site will be banned. Advertising or purchasing these items is strictly prohibited, and anyone who interacts with them via private messages or replies will also be banned. Please note that there will be no warning before the ban, and the ban is final and not subject to appeal.

The prohibited goods are:

All goods are prohibited according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Installment plans and banking products. These goods are prohibited even if they are considered legitimate.

Medicines, medical products, and health supplies are prohibited, even if permitted by Ministry of Health regulations or recommended by the Ministry.

Network marketing. Any type of network marketing, regardless of its nature, form, or method, is strictly prohibited.

Weapons, including stun guns, pistols, machine guns, personal protection weapons and their accessories, even if they are licensed.

Sexual products in all their forms and types.

Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, their marketing, and everything related to that.

Laser devices and spying and eavesdropping equipment.

Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, and the sale of memberships and software.

Selling any free item. Examples include emails, Twitter and Instagram accounts, etc.

Goods that infringe on intellectual property rights, for example, pirated software and pirated movies.

Tobacco products.

Advertising products or services that require a license without obtaining the license from the regulatory authority.

Prohibited devices include: jamming, encryption, or mobile signal boosting devices.

Devices with security risks.

Advertising SIM cards or telecommunications services without obtaining the necessary licenses and without uploading them to the site's licensing system.

Collecting and selling data and violating the Personal Data Protection System.

Article Eight: Prohibited Advertisements

Ad in error section. (مثل: الإعلان عن طلب سياره في المعروضات أو إعلان عن بيع أثاث في قسم السيارات أو الإعلان عن جيب شيروكي للبيع في قسم فورد).‬‬‬‬‬

Adding an ad while you have another account that is banned is not allowed. You must first discuss the ban with the site's administrators before adding any new ads.

Adding a picture that is not of the same item if the item is a car, even if it is for the purpose of illustration.

Adding pictures of another item not being advertised. (For example: advertising the sale of a used mobile phone and then including a picture of another used mobile phone of the same type).

Any advertisement that contains a reference to a racist matter in any way.

Adding an advertisement with the intent to defame. If you have a complaint against one of our advertisers, please contact us and explain the issue. If you have a problem with an entity unrelated to us, please file your complaint with the appropriate authority.

Adding an ad title that doesn't match the ad content(مثل: الكتابة في عنوان الإعلان:‬ كامري 2011 ثم في مضمون الإعلان يعلن عن طلب كامري 2011‬ الزائر عندما يرى العنوان سيعتقد أن هناك عرض عن كامري 2011)‬‬

Copying an advertisement for another advertiser or part of it.

General advertisements that do not specify a particular product (such as:‬ الإعلان بعنوان (‬يوجد لدينا أراضي للبيع)‬ أو الإعلان بعنوان يوجد في معرضنا سيارات للبيع).‬ الصحيح هو الإعلان عن السلعه ذاتها (مثل: يوجد لدينا سياره نوع كذا موديل كذا وكذا.‬‬‬‬‬‬

Donation and assistance requests are prohibited. The state system forbids donations and charitable work outside the legally defined scope.

Begging and assisting beggars. Members who assist beggars on the platform will be banned.

Seeking favors and assistance, whether legitimate or illegitimate.

Article Eleven: Subscription System

The (My Ad) platform offers an annual subscription system for some services. If you subscribe to a plan, you must adhere to the subscription terms, which vary depending on the type and nature of the subscription. Generally, you must comply with the following:

You should read the subscription terms before paying the fees and make sure that the subscription is compatible with the nature of your business.

Subscription fees must be paid before using the service.

The (My Ad) platform has the right to suspend your account or limit account features if it is found that you do not comply with the platform's rules or usage policy.

The subscription fee is non-refundable for any reason, including non-use, misuse, or violation of platform policies. Therefore, please ensure you read the subscription terms carefully and verify that the subscription type matches your business activity before completing the payment process.

Article Twelve: Payment and Transaction Mechanism

To protect your transactions with the seller or buyer, you need to follow all or one of the following steps:

The sale should take place face-to-face in a public place and in a reliable, systematic manner.

Verify the identity of the seller or buyer before taking any action.

You should inspect the item to make sure it is free of any defects.

Use the secure payment methods outlined in the platform's transaction guidelines.

Failure to comply with the above guidelines may expose you to fraud. By agreeing to this agreement, you acknowledge your responsibility and that the (E3lany) website is not a party to the transaction and bears no liability. You agree to file a report or complaint on the (E3lany) platform to address the fraudulent party. You also agree to file a complaint with the competent authority through legal channels in the event of any harm. Furthermore, you undertake not to publish these facts and events on electronic platforms, social media, or other media.

Article Thirteen: Security Policy for (My Ad) Website:

The (E3lany) website adheres to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and is not a party to any disputes or issues arising between users due to one or both users violating the Terms of Use. However, we strive to enhance the platform's security to limit and eliminate violations committed by some users that contravene the Terms of Use. This is to ensure the integrity of buying and selling, combat fraud and deception, and comply with the laws, regulations, and procedures in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the (E3lany) website has the right to take the necessary action against any individual or entity that violates the terms of use, which may include legal and judicial prosecution before the relevant authorities. The following are common violations and the necessary actions to be taken in response:

If a customer has been the victim of fraud by another party, they must report the matter to the relevant security authorities. They should also fill out the complaint form on the "E3lany" platform, under the "Contact Us" page. The platform's management will review the complaint and investigate the accused customer to take the necessary action. The "E3lany" platform is not a party to such cases and bears no responsibility, but we will provide any information we have to the relevant authorities if officially requested.

Violation of state policy or sovereignty: The advertisement will be deleted, the advertiser's membership will be suspended, and the relevant authorities will be notified.

In the event of advertising any of the prohibited goods: the advertisement will be documented, archived, deleted, the member suspended, and the relevant authorities notified.

If an individual, organization, or company uses unlawful means (such as hacking, illegal data collection, or any other method) to access the platform's content, programming, databases, or customer information and data for the purpose of copying, republishing, or otherwise exploiting advertisements, the "E3lany" website will pursue legal action against the offending party with the appropriate authorities for cybercrime and violations of cybercrime laws.

If an individual or entity copies advertisements from the (My Ad) website to another website, the management of the (My Ad) website will approach the competent authorities to file a lawsuit and prosecute the other party for infringing on the website’s rights.

Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Patent Infringement: If you believe your rights have been infringed, you must fill out the infringement complaint form and provide evidence of the infringement in the published advertisement. The (E3lany) website will review and investigate the complaint to verify its validity and will take the necessary action. You should also contact the relevant authorities if you wish to pursue legal action against the party that infringed your rights. Please note that the (E3lany) website will not be a party to the case and is not responsible for it, nor does it bear any liability.

The platform, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend a member if it determines that they have cheated on the rating system or submitted false information. This includes any members who colluded with them, and they may be barred from using the platform. This right does not obligate the platform to delete or modify ratings at the user's request.

In case of defamation, slander, or privacy violation: The customer must fill out the designated complaint form. The platform administration will review the complaint and investigate the accused customer. Appropriate action will be taken if it is confirmed that the customer has violated the Terms of Use. The affected customer should file a complaint with the relevant authorities. The (A3lany) website will not be a party to such cases and bears no responsibility, but we will provide the necessary information to the competent authorities if officially requested.

Harassment: If a customer is harassed by another customer, they should do the following:
